How to Place Your Order

  1. Shop & Add to Cart: Browse the website and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

  2. Proceed to Checkout: Go to your cart and begin the checkout process. Enter your address and shipping information. You may choose to save this information for next time.

  3. Select "Custom Freight Quote Needed" (Important!): The checkout system automatically defaults to asking for your credit card information. Please do not enter your payment details yet! Instead, you must manually select the Custom Freight Quote Needed option. This will submit your cart to our team.

  4. We Calculate Your Shipping: Our fulfillment team will receive your request and find the best freight quote. Depending on the size and weight of your items, this will be routed via FedEx or LTL pallet shipping.

  5. Check Your Email: Once the quote is created, we will email you an updated invoice containing your final total. (Note: Please check your Spam or Junk folder, as these automated emails are occasionally flagged!)

  6. Pay Online: Open the email, click the link to your invoice, and securely submit your payment directly in your browser. After your payment has processed, we will send you an order confirmation and tracking information.

A Note on Packaging: In an effort to reduce waste, orders may be shipped in repurposed boxes. We will also combine packaging on orders of soft goods and sleds by packing soft goods within the sled boxes. Note: Your quote will expire 14 days from the date of the updated invoice unless you notify BDW that you need an extension.
